Kenya Data Networks wants a court to discharge a temporary court order restraining it from switching off mobile phone operator Yu's transmission connectivity. KDN argues that the order made on May 25 by Justice Muga Apondi is injurious as it forces the company to continue giving the operator services which are not being paid for.
