Nigeria: Breiviks's Peculiar Xenophobia

On July 22, 2011, a depraved 32-year old Norwegian, Buders Behring Breivik, mowed down 81 persons in a dual terrorist attack in Oslo, Norway, targeting buildings connected to the Labour government and the youth camp on Uto Eya Island. One of his victims was a Nigerian. He has been charged with destabilising basic function of society and creating serious fear in the population, and held between a solitary confinement and an open cell to determine his mental sanity for eight weeks. Breiviks is a dangerous criminal who requires serious taming.
