THE three principals in the coalition government have remained in their entrenched positions ahead of next week's Southern African Development Community (SADC) summit in Angola as the rift between them widened after new contentious issues cropped up. President Robert Mugabe, Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai and Deputy Prime Minister Arthur Mutambara have, since the last summit held in South Africa in May, made no progress at all in reaching out as recommended by the regional bloc.
