South Sudan: Our Ministries Should Do Something Tangible Like Those Constructing Roads

Citizen (Juba)-We have several working ministries namely: agriculture and forestry, industry, investment and trade, roads and bridges, electricity and dams, housing and public utilities. These ministries as a tradition of government functions have worked out their annual budgets as per development programmes that they will carry out in the fiscal year. Since this is the first year that these ministries will be working in an independent nation, the Republic of South Sudan, the citizens should expect to see tangible result
