IN fulfilment of the fears of many that the President may not have had enough public sector experience to paddle the country through stormy torrents and against the warning of the United States government that the Boko Haram is connected to Al-Qaeda, whose objective is to eliminate that part of humanity opposed to Islam, President Goodluck Jonathan has commenced talks with members of the violent sect.
