Hotel boss who loves to do Koroga

All Serge Simard ever wanted to do as he grew up in Canada was to work in an hotel.

He moved to the main kitchen and finally the main restaurant. He also tried his hand at bar tending and waiting on tables.

Now, he heads one of the largest hotel chains and has worked all over the world. But it wasn’t as easy as it seems, he admits.
