Kenya: Country to Have Integrated Energy Sub-Sector Plan

Kenya will soon have an integrated energy plan encompassing all sub-sectors of energy which up to now are planned for separately. The plan will help both the government and financiers visualize the whole sector when deciding which projects to implement.
