North Africa: At Morocco's Initiative, the UN HRC Recommends Libya's Integration

The UN human rights body, the Human Rights Council (HRC), adopted, on Thursday, a resolution, initiated by Morocco on behalf of the Arab group, requesting the General Assembly to lift the suspension of Libya's rights of membership in the Council.
