The Serbian Aviation and Air Defence commander, gen. Ranko Zivak, said Wednesday in Lubango, southern Huila province that his country wants to assist in the rehabilitation of the Air Force Base that Serbia, as part of the ex-Yugoslavia, helped to create some 30 years ago.
